PTSO Hosts Successful Student Panel: “Helping Freshman Get Ready for Finals Week”!

On November 30th, the Monarch PTSO hosted a panel of five seniors who spoke to an audience of freshmen and their parents about how to prepare for their first finals week. Thank you to the 50 attendees!  If you could not attend, we invite you to view short video clip highlights here.

We want acknowledge and thank the Monarch student panelists who volunteered to share their wise words!

  • Gus Light
  • Estelle Silk

These five senior student panelists were phenomenal at this event which we hope to make an annual event. These outstanding students offered up their personal advice and words of encouragement to freshman and parents, a “standing room only” audience. Excellent job seniors – very impressive!!!

We also want to thank you to Dr. Anderson, Vice Principal Eric Moroye, Lori Dulberg (PEN) and  PTSO Board members, Lynne Wexler, Anita Harrington, Robin Goldstein-Lincoln and Cory Larson Nickerson for assisting with the event planning.
